What happens next

From Your First Call to a Written Quote

Whether you call or send the form, the steps are the same. From first contact to a finished fence usually takes one to three weeks for a home, longer for custom gates or commercial work.

  1. Step 1: We Get Back to You

A person, not a robot, calls or emails you back to ask a few questions: fence type, rough length, gates and where the property is.

  2. Step 2: Free On-Site Estimate

We set a visit, usually within 1–3 days. We walk the fence line, measure, mark gates and corners, and note slope, trees and any old fence.

  3. Step 3: Written, Itemized Quote

You get a written quote listing materials, footage, posts, gates and tear-out line by line. No cost, no obligation and no pressure to sign.

  4. Step 4: Permits, Then Your Build

If you book, we check City of Norman and HOA requirements, order materials and call OKIE811. Most backyard fences go up in 1–3 days.

What to Tell Us About Your Fence Project

None of this is required. The more you share, the more useful your first call is and the faster we can get you a quote. Photos are welcome once we’re in touch.

Back to the form
  • Fence type and style

Wood privacy, wrought iron, vinyl, chain link or ranch fence, or tell us what you need it to do and we’ll suggest options.

  • Rough length and height

A guess is fine, like “the back and both sides of the yard” or “about 150 feet, 6 feet tall.” We measure exactly at the visit.

  • Gates

How many, how wide, and whether you need a walk gate, a double drive gate or an automatic opener.

  • Old fence removal

Whether there’s an old fence, posts or concrete to tear out and haul away first.

  • HOA or pool rules

If you’re in an HOA or fencing around a pool, mention it so we can plan for the approval and barrier rules.

  • Your part of town and timing

Your neighborhood or nearest cross streets, and when you’d like the fence finished.

Questions

Questions About Your Free Estimate

Is the fence estimate really free?

Yes. The on-site visit, the measurements and the written, itemized quote cost you nothing, and there's no obligation to book. Take the quote, compare it with other bids and call us back when you're ready. We'll answer questions about it at any point.

Can you give me a quote over the phone or from photos?

We can talk through your project on the phone and tell you which fence types, heights and gate options make sense for it. Photos of your yard and any old fence help a lot too. A firm written quote needs an on-site visit, though, because slope, soil, trees, utility lines and the exact footage all change what a fence takes to build. The visit is free and usually short.

Do I need to be home for the estimate?

It helps if you can be there so we can walk the fence line together and talk about gates, height and style. If you can't, tell us when we schedule. We can often measure without you as long as we can reach the yard, the dogs are inside and you've told us where you want the fence to run. We'll then go over the quote with you by phone.

Do you have an office or showroom I can visit?

No. We're a service-area business, so we come to you. Every estimate happens at your property, where we can see the ground, the slope and your property lines. Bring any questions about materials to the visit and we'll show you samples or examples of the styles you're considering.
